Hi, my name is Lauren!
I’m just like you Mama… I wear so many hats! I’m a mom, wife, sister, daughter, soccer player, loyal friend, social worker, pet lover, and photographer.
I’ve adored photography since I was a child. I love photojournalism and photos that evoke emotions. My goal is to allow my photography to be an expression of what life looks like right now for you. I value storytelling (hello social worker!) and love it when your pictures can tell a powerful (and empowering) visual story.
I am a fan of natural and honest moments; I am easy going, really trustworthy, and I want you to walk away from your time with me feeling those things. I think the best moments happen by accident, but boy do I love to plan! I adore fashion and pretty dresses, but somehow end up in my comfiest clothes everyday instead.
My goal is to capture your birth and the essence of your family: the strength and power that goes into the laboring process, the fierce concentration it takes to breathe through contractions, the connection between you and your partner, the undying assistance from your birth team, and finally the beautiful face of your newborn! These little connections make your family special.
Time flies by, as any family knows, therefore my mission is to offer my clients something concrete to look at and remember the times that are most important to them.
